Our Generous 3-Year Warranty.

We are proud of the work we do, and we want our customers to be delighted, and recommend us to their friends. With this in mind, we provide an amazing 3-year limited warranty on our work, and on all our products. Our warranty is longer than most speaker manufacturers.

Our terms are very generous: If something that we fix becomes a problem within 3 years, we will make it right, at no charge. To be fair, our warranty is not a bet that you can't blow-up your speakers, and it doesn't cover bits that we didn't repair. If an item must be shipped to us, the customer pays inbound freight or postage, and we pay to ship it back. 

If you sell an item that we have repaired, the balance of your 3-year warranty transfers to the new owner, as long as they agree to the same (absurdly generous) terms.
